From proposal to signed agreement
Every application is read by a person. No application is accepted automatically, and not every proposal moves to the next stage.
Submit your proposal
Choose an area and complete the application with concrete details.
Initial screening
We check completeness, relevance and basic integrity signals.
Detailed evaluation
Technical, security, legal and reputational review in proportion to the proposal.
Discussion
We contact shortlisted applicants by email to discuss scope, responsibilities and timing.
Written agreement
A partnership exists only after both parties sign a written agreement.
Joint plan and review
Agreed milestones, shared measures and regular reviews keep the work accountable.
Official messages come only from @virenix.tech email addresses and our verified channels. VIRENIX never charges a fee to review a partnership application.

Frequently asked questions
Who can apply?
Companies, independent developers, unincorporated teams, research institutions and non-profit organisations. You do not need a registered company or a tax number to apply.
Is my application accepted automatically?
No. Every application is reviewed individually. Submitting a proposal does not create a partnership; a partnership exists only when both parties sign a written agreement.
Does a partnership include tokens, investment or a listing?
No application creates a token allocation, investment commitment, exchange listing or payment obligation. VIRENIX does not guarantee listings, prices or returns.
How long does the review take?
It depends on the number of applications and the complexity of the proposal. If your proposal moves forward, we will contact you by email. We may not be able to reply to every application individually.
Can I share confidential documents?
Please do not include confidential information, trade secrets or other people's personal data in the form. If an evaluation progresses, confidentiality terms can be agreed separately.
Can I apply in more than one area?
Choose the area that best fits your main proposal and mention related areas in your answers. Please send one application per proposal.
Will VIRENIX announce our partnership?
Only after a signed agreement and written approval of the announcement by both parties. We never present proposals or discussions as confirmed partnerships.
Does VIRENIX charge a fee?
No. VIRENIX never asks for payment, tokens or access to your wallet to review an application. Treat any such request as fraud and report it to contact@virenix.tech.
How can I update or withdraw my application?
Email contact@virenix.tech from the address you used and include your reference. Privacy requests can also be sent to privacy@virenix.tech.
PRIVACY & LEGAL
How we handle your application
This notice covers partnership applications. Our general privacy policy also applies.
What we collect
The details you enter: contact information, information about your organisation, your proposal and the links you share. We do not request tax numbers, identity documents or files.
Why we use it
Only to evaluate your partnership proposal, contact you about it and keep a record of the decision. We do not use applications for advertising and we do not sell them.
How it is delivered
Your application is sent over an encrypted connection and forwarded by email to contact@virenix.tech using Google's Gmail service. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the submission comes from a person.
Protection against abuse
To limit spam, we keep short-lived counters derived from one-way hashes of your network address and email address. They expire within 24 hours and do not contain your answers.
How long we keep it
We keep application data only as long as needed to evaluate and respond to it, unless a continuing business relationship or a legal obligation requires longer retention.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your application data at privacy@virenix.tech. Depending on where you live, data protection laws may give you further rights.
