No VIRX sale is open. These proposed conditions are provided for review and do not constitute an offer to sell tokens.
The Türkiye and United States restrictions are VIRENIX sale conditions, separate from PinkSale's terms. They cover citizenship, residence and physical location.

Do not use a VPN, proxy, false information or another person to evade restrictions.
Manual Listing means the project must add DEX liquidity after finalization. Automatic liquidity, trading or a listing is not guaranteed.
Wallet allowlisting can restrict participation only when enforced by the pool. A wallet address alone does not establish age, nationality or location.
Website terms and Web3 risk disclosures remain separate. Sale dates, pool details, eligibility checks and final sale terms must be verified before participation becomes available.
Independent tools. No exchange. No custody.
VIRENIX presents blockchain information, education and independently verifiable Web3 utilities. This website does not operate a centralized spot exchange, match customer orders, set trading prices, execute trades on a visitor's behalf or hold visitor funds. An external exchange or wallet is a separate service, not operated by VIRENIX.
Visitors choose and control their own wallets. VIRENIX does not request, receive or store recovery phrases or private keys. For any transaction outside these read-only pages, the wallet holder must review the recipient, network, amount, permissions and fees before authorizing it in their own wallet.
Our transparency commitments: no artificial trading volume, wash trading, fabricated listings, price manipulation or guaranteed-profit claims. We link to independently inspectable contracts and distinguish deployed on-chain facts from intentions or proposals.
Website terms of use
VIRENIX provides public blockchain information, learning materials and browser-based Web3 utilities. Using these pages does not create a trading account, brokerage relationship, custody agreement or purchase contract with VIRENIX. No VIRX purchase is offered by this website at present.
Use the tools lawfully. Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content or misuse another person's information. Independent data providers and external websites apply their own terms.
Phishing, fraud, impersonation, malware distribution, bypassing security measures and overloading the service are prohibited. Do not infringe the rights of others.
Blockchain records and independent provider responses may change, be delayed or become temporarily unavailable. Verify important facts with the original network and trusted sources before acting. VIRENIX may update its own website and tools for maintenance, security and accuracy.
Opening an external wallet, blockchain explorer, Zealy campaign or other platform through this website does not make VIRENIX its operator. External services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Rights in original VIRENIX website design and content are reserved. Third-party brands and open-source components remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licenses.
Material changes to VIRENIX services will be reflected in the relevant notices with an updated date.

Personal data and KVKK
VIRENIX does not request identity documents, passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, payment card details or a customer trading account to use its current public-information tools. We do not operate a customer wallet, execute visitor trades or hold visitor funds.
To display a website, hosting infrastructure may process technical connection information such as IP addresses, request times and security events. Browser language choices may be stored locally on the visitor's device. Blockchain queries can involve public wallet addresses or transaction identifiers and independent network-data providers.
The current page code stores a selected language in the visitor's browser. Optional tools may also store public portfolio addresses, unlock-calendar entries, a task notebook or a blockchain-history cache locally on that device. This is not custody of digital assets, but locally stored information can still be personal data.
When a visitor requests on-chain information, their browser may send a public wallet address, transaction identifier or contract query to BNB Chain or independent RPC providers. The price-alert tool may contact CoinGecko for public prices. These outside providers can receive connection metadata; opening an external explorer, Zealy campaign or social service is also subject to that service's practices.
Under Turkish Law No. 6698, applicable personal-data processing requires an accurate notice of the responsible operator, purposes, legal bases, recipients, transfers and individual rights. Not requesting identity documents does not by itself mean no personal data are processed. Hosting infrastructure can separately process technical connection logs and essential cookies; details depend on its active configuration.
Depending on the tool used, the visitor's browser may also contact MEXC for public spot-market data, GoPlus Security for token-risk checks or the Etherscan API for public chain records. The home page loads a typeface from Google Fonts, so the browser also connects to Google servers, which receive the visitor's IP address. Price alerts created in the price-alert tool are kept only in that browser.
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, individuals may learn whether their personal data are processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data are used accordingly; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data are transferred; request correction of incomplete or incorrect data and their erasure or destruction, with notification of these steps to those third parties; object to a result to their detriment arising exclusively from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Privacy policy
Privacy is part of our product design. We do not sell visitor information or use our Web3 tools to build advertising profiles. These pages do not require membership, identification or the transfer of tokens to VIRENIX.
We aim to process only what is needed to display and protect the website. Language choices and optional tool records may stay in browser storage; technical hosting logs and third-party blockchain-data requests are separate from a VIRENIX customer database. Do not submit confidential information through public blockchain queries or social links.
When you open a third-party wallet, explorer, Zealy campaign or social service, its privacy practices apply. Future features that genuinely collect information will have their own clear notice before collection starts.
Cookies and local preferences
No advertising or optional analytics cookie setter was identified in the current VIRENIX page source. Browser local storage for language and optional tools is distinct from an HTTP cookie. Hosting and security providers may process technical access logs or set essential cookies independently of these browser-storage features.
Optional analytics, marketing or similar non-essential processing will not be activated without an appropriate prior choice and consent where required by law.
Web3 & VIRX risks
Digital assets and self-custody wallets involve possible permanent loss, market volatility, phishing, smart-contract defects, network interruptions, transaction fees and liquidity risk. No token price, investment return or exchange listing is guaranteed.
There is currently no active VIRX sale or confirmed spot listing on this website. The founder lock deployed on BNB Smart Chain is 365 days; five years remains a separate plan, not an on-chain fact. Verify the deployed contracts directly through an independent explorer.
If VIRX is ever listed for spot trading by MEXC, Gate.io or another independent exchange, that does not make VIRENIX the operator of that exchange. Only after a listing is confirmed will the relevant listing information, risks, terms and other necessary notices be reviewed and updated in all 46 supported site languages. This is not a listing promise.
Self-custody and responsibility statement
VIRENIX DOES NOT OPERATE A SPOT EXCHANGE, MATCH CUSTOMER ORDERS, MANAGE USER WALLETS, CUSTODY USER ASSETS OR EXECUTE TRADES ON BEHALF OF USERS.
WALLET TRANSACTIONS ARE APPROVED BY THE WALLET OWNER. BEFORE SIGNING, VERIFY THE ADDRESS, NETWORK, AMOUNT, FEES AND CONTRACT PERMISSIONS. NEVER SHARE YOUR PRIVATE KEY OR RECOVERY PHRASE.
VIRENIX does not operate independent blockchain networks, external wallets chosen by visitors, third-party exchanges or independent data providers. Actions on those services follow their own terms. VIRENIX information and tools do not guarantee a financial result, uninterrupted access or entirely error-free outcomes.
The visitor is responsible for instructions they personally review and approve in their independent wallet. VIRENIX remains responsible for its own representations, site features and duties under applicable law. This statement does not waive legal rights or exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited.
Security indicators, token records, market information and educational explanations are not individualized investment, financial, tax or legal advice. No uninterrupted service, error-free detection, guaranteed profit or future listing is promised.
Transparency means publishing independently verifiable facts without fabricated volume or price manipulation. The current public founder vesting is 365 days; a five-year lock has been locally tested but not deployed to BSC. No active VIRENIX presale, confirmed spot listing or completed independent professional audit is claimed.
Responsible security reporting
We welcome responsible security research. Do not exploit suspected vulnerabilities, access other people's data, move funds or disrupt services. A report should identify the affected component, reproducible steps and potential impact without including private keys or secrets.
